SABOSTAT® MO by Sabo is an internal anti-static additive for polyolefins and PVC. It is non-basic, amine-free additive also used as an anti-fouling additive in
polyolefin reactors (especially PP). It is suitable for use as a dispersing agent for pigments in plastic masterbatches (including liquid color systems) and compounds, especially in PE and PVC. Recommended dosage level is 0.15 to 0.5%. The shelf life of SABOSTAT® MO is 18 months. SABOSTAT® ASE 6 by Sabo is ethoxylated alkylamine-based anti-static and anti-fogging agent. It is also used as a dispersing agent for pigments in plastic masterbatches and compounds. It is effective under moderate humidity conditions. It shows excellent thermal stability to facilitate use of higher processing temperatures. <br>

It shows synergistic performance when used in combination with sorbitan monooleate. SABOSTAT® MOE is used in PE (LDPE, LLDPE), PVC films, and food-packaging applications. It is also widely used as a dispersing agent for pigments in plastic masterbatches and compounds. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.5%. The shelf life of the grade is 24 months. SABOSTAT® TO by Sabo is a non-basic, amine-free sorbitan ester anti-static agent. It is obtained from 100% bio-based vegetables sources and is readily biodegradable (OECD 301). Acts as an internal lubricant in PVC, antifoaming agent in extruders cutting water and antifog at high concentration in polyolefins (PP, PE, EVA). It is also suitable for use as a dispersing agent for pigments in solid plastic masterbatches and compounds during extrusion. Recommended dosage of SABOSTAT® TO is 0.2% to 2.0% (antistat). It is EU Pharmacopeia compliant. SABOSTAT® A 300 by Sabo is a diethanolamine ester-based anti-fog and anti-static additive for plastics. It provides a longer-term anti-static effect as compared to glycerol monostearate and ethoxylated alkylamine anti-stats. In combinations with a sorbitan ester (e.g., SABO®FOG MS) or polyglycerol ester (e.g., SABO®FOG TGS), it provides unmatched long-term resistance to fogging. It has low volatility for less fuming during melt processing operations. Its pastille form is easy to handle and dose. SABOSTAT® A 300 is also a highly effective anti-fog additive in LDPE, LLDPE, PE and EVA-based greenhouse films as well as in bi-axially oriented and cast PP films. The typical addition levels range from 0.1-2%, depending upon the substrate, processing conditions, and the application. It is listed on the ECL, EINECS, ENCS, IECSC, NECI, PICCS and TSCA chemical inventories. It has a shelf life of 12 months. SABOSTAT® AL 100 by Sabo is ethoxylated alkylamine-based antistat and anti-fog additive. It is used in polyolefins (PE, LDPE, PP), styrenic polymers (PS, SBR, ABS, HIPS, SAN) and biaxially oriented & cast PP films. SABOSTAT® AL 100 is also used as a dispersing agent for pigments in plastic masterbatches and compounds. It is used in films and thick cross section applications. SABOSTAT® A 300/S by Sabo is a diethanolamine ester anti-stat and anti-fog agent. Provides a longer term anti-static effect as compared to glycerol monostearate and ethoxylated alkylamine. It shows low volatility for less fuming during melt processing operations. It is highly effective as an anti-fog additive in PE and EVA-based greenhouse films. SABOSTAT® DELA is compatible with polyolefins (PE, LDPE, PP), styrenic polymers (PS, ABS, SAN) and PVC. It is also useful in automotive applications where it provides a fast de-molding effect. The typical addition levels range from 0.2 to 0.5% for food and pharmaceutical packaging in polyolefins. Addition levels of 0.2 to 2.5% are typical in styrenic polymers, and 0.2 to 0.5% in PVC.
