SABOSTAT® ASE 6 by Sabo is ethoxylated alkylamine-based anti-static and anti-fogging agent. It is also used as a dispersing agent for pigments in plastic masterbatches and compounds. It is effective under moderate humidity conditions. It shows excellent thermal stability to facilitate use of higher processing temperatures.
  • It also exhibits synergistic performance when used in combination with glycerol monostearate.
  • It is suitable for polyolefins (LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, HDPE, PP) and styrenic polymers (ABS, SAN, PS) as well as with bi-axially oriented and cast PP films application.
  • Recommended addition levels range from 0.1 to 0.3% in polyolefins, 1.5 to 3% in styrenic polymers and 2% in PE or PP wax as dispersing agent for pigments.
  • It is listed on ECL, EINECS, ENCS, IECSC, AICS, PICCS, TSCA, TCSI, DSL and NZIoC chemical inventories.
  • SABOSTAT® ASE 6 has a shelf life of 12 months.
