SABOSTAT® ASE 3

SABOSTAT® ASE 3 by Sabo is ethoxylated alkylamine-based anti-static and anti-fog additive for plastics. It provides longer term anti-static effect as compared to glycerol monostearate. It shows synergistic performance when used in combination with glycerol monostearate. It is effective even under moderate humidity conditions. It is compatible with polyolefins (PE, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP) and styrenic polymers. It is also suitable for use as a dispersing agent for pigments in plastic masterbatches and compounds. The typical addition levels for SABOSTAT® ASE 3 range from 0.1-2%, depending upon the substrate, processing conditions and the application as well as 2% in PE or PP wax as dispersing agent for pigments. And the typical addition levels range from 0.1 to 0.3% in polyolefin films and 1 to 2% in styrenic polymers. It is listed on the ECL, EINECS, ENCS, IECSC, AICS, PICCS, TSCA, TCSI, DSL and NZIoC chemical inventories. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
