SABOFOG® F1 by Sabo is ethoxylated alkylamine ester-based anti-fog and anti-static agent for plastics. It is a mixture of stearyldiethanolamine distearate, stearyldiethanolamine monostearate and stearylamine 2EO. It provides a longer-term anti-static effect as compared to glycerol monostearate and ethoxylated alkylamine anti-stats. It has low volatility for less fuming and dripping during melt processing operations and in BOPP oven stretching. Its pastille form is convenient for handling and dosing. It is compatible with PP, PE, EVA films, bi-axially oriented and cast PP films. SABOFOG® F1 is useful as an internal additive for plastics, especially in PP films and BOPP for food packaging applications. The typical addition levels in PP cast and BOPP films are 0.2 to 1% and 0.8 to 2% in LDPE, LLDPE, and EVA-based films. It is listed on the ECL, EINECS, ENCS, IECSC, PICCS, TCSI and TSCA chemical inventories. It is a FDA compliant according to 21 CFR §178.3130. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. SABOFOG® F1/S by Sabo is an ethoxylated alkylamine ester anti-fogging and anti-static agent. It offers synergistic performance when used in combination with glycerol monostearate. It shows low volatility for less fuming and dripping during melt processing operations. Provides longer-term antistatic effect as compared to glycerol monostearate and ethoxylated alkylamine antistats. It is suitable for plastics, especially in PP films, BOPP, PE, and EVA-based films, food packaging applications as well as in bi-axially oriented, cast PP films. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3130. Recommended dosage level is 0.1 to 2%, depending upon the substrate. The shelf life of SABOFOG® F1/S is 12 months. SABOFOG® PGS by Sabo is polyglycerol ester-based anti-fog agent. It shows excellent anti-fog performance in greenhouse films and synergistic performance when used in combination with ethoxylated alkylamine esters like SABO®STAT A300 and SABO®FOG F1. It is compatible with PP, PE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA and PVC. SABOFOG® PGS is especially recommended for use in EVA films having a high VA content (= 8%). It is suitable for packaging food contact applications. The typical addition levels range from 1-2% in greenhouses and from 0.5-1.5% in food packaging applications. It is listed on the ECL, EINECS, ENCS, IECSC, PICCS, NZIoC, TCSI, AICS, DSL and TSCA chemical inventories. It has a shelf life of 12 months. SABOFOG® OE 12 by Sabo is an ethoxylated oleic acid anti-fog agent. Suitable for plastic industry. SABOFOG® EL 18 by Sabo is an ethoxylated castor oil based anti-fogging agent. It is suitable for plastic industry. SABOFOG® M1 by Sabo is a highly effective anti-mist and antifog synergistic additive in PE and EVA based films. It drastically reduces the water film thickness formed on the greenhouse covers by facilitating the water flowing to the ground. It is suitable for applications where mist can be formed due to unbalanced temperatures between external and internal sides of the greenhouse. Recommended dosage level is 0.05 to 0.3% depending upon the substrate, processing conditions and application. The shelf life of SABOFOG® M1 is 24 months. SABOFOG® OE 9 by Sabo is an ethoxylated oleic acid anti-fog and antistatic agent. It is poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), a-[(9Z)-1-oxo-9-octadecenyl]-?-hydroxy. It is used in food packaging films, plastic, and cold fog applications. SABOFOG® OE 9 is suitable for polyolefins (PE, PP), flexible PVC, TPE, and rubbers. Recommended dosage level is 0.8-2%. SABOFOG® TOE by Sabo is ethoxylated sorbitan ester-based internal anti-fog additive. It is also useful as a dispersing agent for pigments in plastic masterbatches and compounds. SABOFOG® TOE is used in PVC films for food packaging applications. SABOFOG® CE 9 by Sabo is an ethoxylated coconut fatty acids anti-static and anti-fogging agent. It is polyethylene glycol (9) cocoate. It is used in polyolefins (PE, PP), flexible PVC, TPE, rubbers, and plastic applications. The shelf life of SABOFOG® CE 9 is 2 years. SABOFOG® M1 40 EVA by Sabo is polyethoxy perfluorohexyl ethanol anti-fogging agent. It drastically reduces the water film thickness formed on the greenhouse covers by facilitating the water flowing to the ground. It is highly effective as anti-mist and antifog synergistic additive in PE and EVA based films. SABOFOG® M1 40 EVA is suitable for applications where mist can be formed due to unbalanced temperatures between external and internal sides of the greenhouse. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5%. The shelf life of the grade is 12 months.
