SABOFOG® F1/S by Sabo is an ethoxylated alkylamine ester anti-fogging and anti-static agent. It offers synergistic performance when used in combination with glycerol monostearate. It shows low volatility for less fuming and dripping during melt processing operations. Provides longer-term antistatic effect as compared to glycerol monostearate and ethoxylated alkylamine antistats. It is suitable for plastics, especially in PP films, BOPP, PE, and EVA-based films, food packaging applications as well as in bi-axially oriented, cast PP films. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3130. Recommended dosage level is 0.1 to 2%, depending upon the substrate. The shelf life of SABOFOG® F1/S is 12 months.
