Cel-Span® CFA 840 by Phoenix Plastics is a mixture of polycarbonic acids and carbonates. It is a 40% active endothermic chemical foaming agent concentrate, suitable for a variety of olefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Cel-Span® CFA 840 is recommended for extrusion, injection molding, and structural foam molding of polyolefins. Cel-Span® 899 by Phoenix Plastics is a mixture of polycarbonic acids and carbonate. 40% active endothermic foaming agent concentrates recommended for extrusion applications for a variety of thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, styrenics, MPPO and ABS. Recommended for extrusion, and structural foam molding of polyolefins, polystyrene, MPPO and ABS. Exhibits a very fine cell structure compared to a typical endothermic foaming agent in extrusion applications. Cel-Span® 899 should be kept closed and stored in the original container, away from light, heat and high humidity environments. Cel-Span® CFA 844 by Phoenix Plastics is mixture of polycarbonic acids and carbonates. Cel-Span® CFA 844 is a highly loaded 80% active endothermic foaming agent formulated for applications with high gas requirements. It concentrate releases carbon dioxide gas upon decomposition. This product is safe when used under the conditions of intended use. Cel-Span® CFA 844 upon complete decomposition (activation) of the C.F.A., the extruded and injected parts will become white, a color common to endothermic chemical foaming agents. Cel-Span® 376 by Phoenix Plastics is glycerol mono stearate. Cel-Span® 376 used as an antistatic additive in the production of cast and blown film for the electronic market and other applications. Cel-Span® 100 by Phoenix Plastics is a compounded antioxidant concentrate and cleansing additive. Provides thermal stabilization with the added benefit of cleansing to cast and blown film applications. Inhibits degradation of pigments and enhances and brightens color concentrates. Cel-Span® 100 used for polymer applications like this PE, EVA, PP, EVOH and metalocene. Cel-Span® 899PS by Phoenix Plastics is mixture of polycarbonic acids and carbonate. 20% active endothermic foaming agent concentrate suitable for a variety of thermoplastic resins such as Styrenics, PC, MPPO and ABS. Cel-Span® 899PS recommended for extrusion, injection, and structural foam molding of polystyrene, MPPO and ABS. Should be kept closed and stored in the original container, away from light, heat and high humidity environments. Cel-Span® CFA 897 by Phoenix Plastics is a 40% active endothermic foaming agent concentrate. It is recommended for extrusion applications for a variety of thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, styrene, MPPO, and ABS. It is recommended for extrusion, and structural foam molding of applications that require a very fine cell structure compared to a typical endothermic foaming agent in extrusion applications. Cel-Span® CFA 897 is a mixture of polycarbonic acids and carbonates. Recommended usage levels for various applications like for extrusion is 1.0-2.0%, nucleation of direct gas foamed is 0.5%-1.0%, gas counter pressure is 1.0-2.5% and structural foamed molding is 1.5-2.5%. A V0 halogen-free modified co-polymer polypropylene compound, tailored for injection molding and extrusion applications. Acts as a flame retardant. Proprietary flame additive works by intumescences chemistry, which is initiated by heat. This chemical reaction forms a char barrier and thus excludes oxygen from the fuel and temperature sources. Recommended that the barrel zone temperatures be set at 360°-380°F for optimum processing of electrical conduit both smooth and corrugated types. Used for electrical sockets, timers, and light fixtures, plus electrical conduit, both smooth and corrugated. Product should be kept closed in its original container or package in a dry location. HALS concentrate containing a stabilizer package for injection blow molding, extrusion and film applications for polyethylene. Acts as an effective master batch to protect molded or extruded products including film from UV light degradation. Exhibits extreme efficiency because these special additives continuously regenerate themselves during the UV stabilization process. Recommended a let down of 2% to 4% be used to thermal and UV protect parts from the sunlight and last 5-10 years outdoors. Product should be kept closed and stored in the original container, away from light, heat and high humidity enviroments. Cel-Span® 800 by Phoenix Plastics is a chemical foaming agent. Applicable when surface cosmetics/ aesthetics are critical. Cel-Span® 800 is suggested for TPO, EVA, rigid PVC, PP, extrusion and injection blow molding.
