It is a 40% active endothermic chemical foaming agent concentrate, suitable for a variety of olefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Cel-Span® CFA 844 is a highly loaded 80% active endothermic foaming agent formulated for applications with high gas requirements. It concentrate releases carbon dioxide gas upon decomposition. This product is safe when used under the conditions of intended use. Cel-Span® CFA 844 upon complete decomposition (activation) of the C.F.A., the extruded and injected parts will become white, a color common to endothermic chemical foaming agents.

Recommended usage levels for various applications like for extrusion is 1.0-2.0%, nucleation of direct gas foamed is 0.5%-1.0%, gas counter pressure is 1.0-2.5% and structural foamed molding is 1.5-2.5%.

Cel-Span® 625

A V0 halogen-free modified co-polymer polypropylene compound, tailored for injection molding and extrusion applications. Acts as a flame retardant. Proprietary flame additive works by intumescences chemistry, which is initiated by heat. This chemical reaction forms a char barrier and thus excludes oxygen from the fuel and temperature sources. Recommended that the barrel zone temperatures be set at 360°-380°F for optimum processing of electrical conduit both smooth and corrugated types. Used for electrical sockets, timers, and light fixtures, plus electrical conduit, both smooth and corrugated. Product should be kept closed in its original container or package in a dry location.

HALS concentrate containing a stabilizer package for injection blow molding, extrusion and film applications for polyethylene. Acts as an effective master batch to protect molded or extruded products including film from UV light degradation. Exhibits extreme efficiency because these special additives continuously regenerate themselves during the UV stabilization process. Recommended a let down of 2% to 4% be used to thermal and UV protect parts from the sunlight and last 5-10 years outdoors. Cel-Span® 800
