TUBALL™ MATRIX 603 by OCSiAl is a masterbatch based on single wall carbon nanotubes and low aromatic oil-plasticizer (TDAE) as concentrate carrier. Performance of product is based on creating an additional 3D network, embedded into the rubber matrix. Even low dosages have the effect of mechanical properties. After addition, strength, stiffness and abrasion resistance increase, improving cohesion strength, wet grip and fatigue properties, lowering hysteresis losses and adding electrical conductivity. It can be utilized in blends of other rubber and filler products without having to adjust the formulation and technological process. The introduction of TUBALL™ MATRIX 603 into the formula of a rubber mixture is based on adding a specified amount of TUBALL™ MATRIX to the formula for 0.05 to 0.3 wt.%. The shelf life of the product is up to 12 months. TUBALL™ BATT NMP 1% by OCSiAl is a black with a specific smell, liquid dispersion of single wall carbon nanotubes in NMP. It acts as a conductive additive in lithium-ion batteries. It offers boosted energy density, improved adhesion, higher safety, and discharge power. It is used in cathodes, cells, hybrid capacitors, supercapacitors, suspensions and batteries. Its recommended shelf life is 6 months. TUBALL™ BATT H20 0.8% by OCSiAl is a liquid dispersion of single wall carbon nanotubes in water. It is used as a conductive additive in lithium-ion batteries, pouch cells for mobile phones and for high-energy Si-based anodes. It has low content of foreign impurities, high energy density, fast-charging ability and easy to use facilities. It solves the Si-anode degradation problem by creating a robust network inside the Si anode and provide cycle life that meets the targets of the modern EV industries. It is recommended for anodes, batteries, cells, super capacitors and transportation. Its shelf life is 12 months. TUBALL™ BATT NMP 0.4% by OCSiAl is a black with a specific smell, liquid dispersion of single wall carbon nanotubes in NMP. It acts as a conductive additive in lithium-ion batteries. It is based on graphene nanotubes and has polydimethylsiloxane as a carrier. It enables the production of conductive parts that retain bright colors. It offers superior, permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at low dosages without hot spots.<br>
