TUBALL™ MATRIX 201 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on graphene nanotubes for solvent-free epoxy systems. It has ethoxylated alcohol as carrier. It provides permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage, without hot spots.
- It retains rheological and mechanical properties while minimally impacting the viscosity and density of the host matrix.
- It allows production of conductive parts that retain bright colors.
- It is applicable for anti-static flooring, composite anti-static pipes, electrostatic dissipative composite materials and other applications.
- The recommended dosage level for anti-static or dissipative applications is as low as 0.1–4.0 wt.%.
- The shelf life of TUBALL™ MATRIX 201 is 24 months.
