It has a blend of fatty acid glycidyl ester and ammonium salt of polyolefin-based derivatives as carrier.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage, without hot spots.</li> <li>It retains rheological and mechanical properties while minimally impacting the viscosity and density of the host matrix.</li> <li>It is used in conductive primers and parts that retain bright colors.</li> <li>For anti-static or dissipative applications, the loading level ranges from 0.1-4.0% based on non-volatile matter.</li> <li>The shelf life of TUBALL™ MATRIX 203 is 24 months.</li></ul>

TUBALL™ MATRIX 603

TUBALL™ MATRIX 603 by OCSiAl is a masterbatch based on single wall carbon nanotubes and low aromatic oil-plasticizer (TDAE) as concentrate carrier. Performance of product is based on creating an additional 3D network, embedded into the rubber matrix. Even low dosages have the effect of mechanical properties. After addition, strength, stiffness and abrasion resistance increase, improving cohesion strength, wet grip and fatigue properties, lowering hysteresis losses and adding electrical conductivity. It can be utilized in blends of other rubber and filler products without having to adjust the formulation and technological process. The introduction of TUBALL™ MATRIX 603 into the formula of a rubber mixture is based on adding a specified amount of TUBALL™ MATRIX to the formula for 0.05 to 0.3 wt.%. The shelf life of the product is up to 12 months.

TUBALL™ MATRIX 601 by OCSiAl is an easy-to-handle masterbatch concentrate for silicone compounds. It is based on graphene nanotubes and has polydimethylsiloxane as a carrier. It enables the production of conductive parts that retain bright colors.
