TUBALL™ MATRIX 204

TUBALL™ MATRIX 204 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on graphene nanotubes. It is specifically designed for solvent-free and solvent-based polyester & vinyl ester as well as solvent-based melamine & acrylic systems. It has blend of triethylene glycol dimethacrylate and ammonium salt of polyolefin-based derivatives as carrier.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It ensures permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage without hot spots.</li> <li>It exhibits minimal impact on the rheological & mechanical properties of the host matrix, without a significant increase in viscosity or density.</li> <li>It allows production of conductive parts such as gelcoats that retain bright colors.</li> <li>It is applicable for anti-static SMC/BMC composites, anti-static fuel tanks & pipes, electrostatic discharge materials applied by coil coatings, and other applications where electrical conductivity is required.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level for anti-static or dissipative applications is as low as 0.1–4.0 wt.% calculated based on non-volatile matter.</li> <li>The shelf life of TUBALL™ MATRIX 204 is up to 24 months.</li></ul>

TUBALL™ MATRIX 601

TUBALL™ MATRIX 601 by OCSiAl is an easy-to-handle masterbatch concentrate for silicone compounds. It is based on graphene nanotubes and has polydimethylsiloxane as a carrier. It enables the production of conductive parts that retain bright colors. It offers superior, permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at low dosages without hot spots.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>The low dosage enables reduced electrical resistivity of the material with minimal impact on the host matrix, including retaining and improving mechanical properties such as softness.</li> <li>It maintains the rheology of the uncured compound and minimally increases the density.</li> <li>It can be processed using the standard and mixing equipment.</li> <li>It is recommended for liquid silicone rubbers (LSR) and room temperature vulcanized rubbers (RTV).</li> <li>It enables ultra-low dosage of conductive filler from 0.3–5 wt.% for anti-static, static dissipative and conductive applications.</li> <li>It can be used to adjust volume resistivity within the range 10<sup>1</sup> –10<sup>8</sup> ohm-cm in the final compound.</li> <li>The shelf life of TUBALL™ MATRIX 601 is up to 24 months.</li></ul>

TUBALL™ MATRIX 201 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on graphene nanotubes for solvent-free epoxy systems. It has ethoxylated alcohol as carrier.
