Cadox® D-50 by Nouryon is a multi-purpose catalyst for curing gel coats and promoted unsaturated polyester resins at room temperature. This general purpose MEKP with low-hydrogen peroxide content reduces gel-coat porosity and provides improved curing of vinyl ester resins. It also possesses high MEKP monomer content which provides reduced cure times in some resin systems. It is recommended for continuous laminating, centrifugal casting, resin transfer molding, hand lay-up and spray up applications. The shelf life of Cadox® D-50 is 3 months. It is listed in TSCA. Cadox® L-50A by Nouryon is an ideal catalyst for curing promoted unsaturated polyester resins at room temperature. It possesses low-hydrogen peroxide and high dimer content which provides improved curing of vinyl ester resins. It is suitable for centrifugal casting, continuous laminating, resin transfer molding, filament winding, hand lay-up and spray up applications. The shelf life of Cadox® L-50A is 3 months. It is listed in TSCA. Cadox® M-50a DVR by Nouryon is a special purpose curing agent for the room temperature cure of promoted unsaturated polyester resins. It is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide solution in 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol diisobutanoate with vanishing red indicator. It has low-hydrogen peroxide content which provides improved curing of vinyl ester resins. Cadox® M-50a DVR has a high MEKP monomer content which may provide reduced cure times in some resin systems. It offers all the advantages of a red MEKP, except red parts. Cadox® D-50 VR by Nouryon is a curing agent with a vanishing red cure indicator system. It is used for curing promoted unsaturated polyester resins at room temperature. Cadox® M-30a VR is a special purpose ‘summer catalyst’ for use in warmer shop environments. It offers all the advantages of a red MEKP, except red parts. The shelf life of this product is 3 months.
