McLube MoS2-98

by McLube

McLube MoS2-98 by McLube is a dry lubricant by itself. It is with a binder to form a dry film coating. Can also be dispersed in oils and greases or in composites of metal, plastic or rubber. Lubricating characteristics of MoS2 are principally due to its familiar crystal structure, which allows for shearing of layers and results in a low coefficient of friction. Acts as a dry lubricant on surfaces by rubbing, tumbling, or dusting. McLube MoS2-98 can also acts as a filler in self lubricating plastics and powder metal parts.

McLube 1777

by McLube

McLube 1777 by McLube is a dispersion of PTFE particles which bonds to the surface to generate a colorless, non-oily and adherent dry film coating. Provides the following benefits: multiple release cycles, no transfer to molded parts, no interference with post finishing and bonding, reduced buildup on surfaces, corrosion protection of molds and dies, effective release from molds with complex configurations. End products: belt conveyor, hoses, tyres and inner tubes. Conversion mode: blow molding, compression molding, encapsulating, extrusion, filament winding, hand lay-up, injection molding, laminating, potting, rotational molding, thermoforming, vacuum forming.

McLube 1829

by McLube

Emulsion of a fluorochemical/resin mixture. Used as a release coating in rubber molding processes and as an antitack coating for uncured rubber to replace talc, mica, etc. Economically replaces conventional release and antistick/antitack agents used in the rubber industry and at the same time offers superior properties to such agents. Will not transfer to molded parts, not interfere with post finishing operations and not cause knit lines. Provides multiple releases per application. Eliminates safety and housekeeping problems experienced with mica, talc, stearates, waxes, etc. Is cost effective, nontransferring and nondusting. Can also be used as release coating for paper processing equipment - rolls, blades, dry cans, etc.
