McLube 1700L

McLube 1700L by McLube is a silicone-free release agent. It is a hard, dry, bonded film coating of PTFE that will not transfer to parts. Provides the various benefits like multiple release cycles, no transfer to molded parts, no interference with post finishing and bonding, corrosion protection of molds & dies, effective release from molds with complex configurations.

• Applications include belt conveyor, hoses, molded articles, tyres and inner tubes.
• PTFE dispersion with binding additives offering semi-permanent and non-transferring release characteristics.
• It is an excellent dry lubricant and ideal for injection molding.
• McLube 1700L offers blow molding, compression molding, coating, encapsulating, extrusion, filament winding, hand lay-up, laminating, potting, rotational molding, thermoforming and vacuum forming.
