McLube® 1725L

McLube® 1725L by McLube is a release agent and general-purpose dry film lubricant.

• Exhibits low friction and very good anti-stick characteristics.
• Furnishes a release coating for all types of rubber and plastic compounds and works equally well on metallic and nonmetallic molds at temperatures up to 550°F.
• Protects mold surfaces against corrosion while in storage. Contains no grease, stearates, waxes or silicone oil. Requires no curing step.
• Will not transfer due to presence of adhesion promoters, not interfere with post finishing operations and not cause knit lines on molded rubber parts.
• Offers multiple releases per application.
• Provides very good thermal and chemical stability. Imparts increased productivity and reduced scrap rate.
• McLube® 1725L protects molds against corrosion during storage.
• Used in injection, transfer, compression, RIM molding, potting, laminating, encapsulating, masking and filament winding.
