McLube 1711L by McLube is a hard, dry, bonded PTFE release coating for applications to hot surfaces. Offers multiple release cycles, no transfer to molded parts, no interference with post finishing and bonding, corrosion protection of molds and dies, effective release from molds with complex configurations. It can be processed by compression molding, coating, extrusion and injection molding. McLube 1711L is used in belt conveyor, hoses, molded articles, tyres and inner tubes.
