Dispergum 40 by King Industries is a proprietary oxidation catalyst combined with organic and inorganic additives. Acts as a zinc-free peptizer that is easily incorporated and dispersed in natural rubber as well as synthetic polymers. The duration of the mastication process is drastically reduced by the high efficient oxidation catalyst at low doses. Additional benefits in extrusion applications and injection molding can be obtained through a pre-mastication step as well as no viscosity drift is observed under storage.
