Dispergator DS by Kettlitz Chemie is based on a water-in-oil emulsion of higher alcohols, esters and aliphatic fatty acids. In natural rubber compounds it acts as physical peptizing agent which is indicated by easier mastication and lower Mooney viscosity. It reduces mixing times can be achieved. Dispergator DS provides easy handling and very good processability of butyl compounds. Also, a reduction in scorch and faster incorporation of fillers and all other rubber ingredients will be noticed. Dispergator FL by Kettlitz Chemie is a combination of metal soaps, higher alcohols and fatty acids. Used generally as process aid to improve the rubber compound flow with the intention to improve rubber processability and run more economical production extrudability for the production
of profiles, hoses and technical rubber parts.<br>
