Dispergator FL by Kettlitz Chemie is a combination of metal soaps, higher alcohols and fatty acids. Used generally as process aid to improve the rubber compound flow with the intention to improve rubber processability and run more economical production extrudability for the production
of profiles, hoses and technical rubber parts.
- Dispergator FL offers higher extrusion output, higher extrusion rates, shorter injection times combined with an increase of capacity and reduction of scrap rate by receiving completely filled molds.
