Antitack BTO 13 by Kettlitz Chemie is an antitack agent for the treatment of rubber batches in batch off machines, dipping baths and spraying equipment.
Antitack BTO 13 prevents sticking together of the batches by forming a very thin and flexible polymer layer on the surface of the uncured rubber after drying. Antitack BTO-33 by Kettlitz Chemie is an Anti-attack agent suitable especially for the treatment of rubber sheets, strips or granules in Batch-off- or Barwell-equipment working with dip tanks. Antitack BTO-33 does not contain any heavy metal ions.
No crusts on the bottom of dip tank or reservoir. Leads to a faster drying of the layer on treated rubber parts. Low viscosity and therefore easy to handle. Antitack BTO-36 by Kettlitz Chemie is magnesium stearate dispersion. Used in batch-off dip tanks or "simple" dip tanks. Antitack BTO-36 offers better wetting properties. Antitack BTO-31 LF by Kettlitz Chemie is an antitack agent. Due to its additives (detergents, anti rust and anti foam agents) can be used in batch-off-systems. It does not contain any heavy metal ions. After melting, it penetrates into the rubber compound and does not influence the physical properties and rubber-metal bonding. Exhibits better demolding properties of the vulcanized articles. Antitack BTO-31 LF is also used for the treatment of profiles and hoses after extrusion to avoid sticking before and during vulcanization. Highly concentrated dispersion of zinc stearates.
Mainly used in the rubber industry to prevent surface sticking of uncured rubber compounds.
Especially used for the treatment of rubber sheets and strips, granules, calendered sheets, extruded profiles and moulding blanks.
No negative influence on the curing properties.
Recommended for application in dipping and spraying equipment. Antitack agent for the treatment of rubber batches in batch off machines fitted with dipping and spraying systems.
Strong wetting abilities.
Very good separation of rubber batches, strips or granules, forming a very thin and flexible film. Pure zinc stearate dispersion. Used to antitack to prevent the sticking together of green compound batches, endless strips, granules or blanks.
Does not influence the moulding properties nor the rubber-metal-bonding.
No influence on the curing characteristics of treated batches. Combination of minerals, detergents and antifoam agents. Used for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber compounds. Offers superior efficiency. Pigment-free antitack agent for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber compounds.
Used for the treatment in batch-off equipment working in dipping or spraying system.
Also used for the treatment of profiles, bellows, bushings to avoid that the vulcanized products may stick together or to make easier the assembly of these parts. Combination of minerals, detergents and antifoam agents. Used for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber compounds. Offers superior efficiency.
