Cobalt Blue 418 by Huntsman is a high-strength inorganic blue pigment manufactured by calcination of cobalt, chrome and aluminum at processing temperatures above 1000°C.It meets ASTM C979-82 standards. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits color-stability up to 1000°C (1832°F), and non-migrating properties. </li>
<li>It offers maximum stability to: weathering, fading, chemical and solvent exposure, thermal degradation and oxidation.</li>
<li>It is recommended, owing to its sufficient purity for use in packaging or articles that come in contact with food (21CFR), but not suitable for the direct coloration of food or cosmetics. </li>
<li>Cobalt Blue 418 is ideally suited for the coloration of thermoplastics, thermosetting resins.</li>
