Rubaid 16 by Fine Organics improves the flow properties of rubber compounds during molding, extrusion and calendaring. Possesses excellent release obtained during the molding. Eliminates the sticking to mill rolls, internal mixer rotors. Reduces the internal friction during processin. Improves the scortch safety and enhances surface finish and gloss. Suitable for most of the elastomers like NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR, butyl, TPE, TPR, EVA etc. Rubaid 16 is recommended for molded auto components stoppers, butyl bladders, tubes, sheets, rollers etc. Acts as a processing aid. Offers better thermal stability for rubbers processed at higher temperatures. Reduces the mill-sticking of neoprene. Promotes de-molding of press-cured articles. Improves the flow properties during extrusion and molding applications resulting in faster mold filling at lower injection pressure. Suitable for rubbers like FKM, CR, polyacrylic, CSM, NBR, NBR-PVC, ACM, AEM. Recommended for molded auto components, fuel hoses, LPG hoses, calendared & extruded products. Also suitable for pressureless vulcanization processes e.g. UHF, fluid bed etc. Acts as a processing aid. Also acts as an effective flow modifier for wide range of elastomers like EPDM, NR, SBR, ECO, polyacrylic and as an external release agent during molding. Improves the flow properties during extrusions and molding. Controls die-swell during extrusion. Imparts better mold release properties. Does not affect peroxide curing. Offers better surface finish even during high speed extrusion. Reduces the viscosity during mixing & promotes uniform dispersion in EPDM. Recommended for extruded products like profiles, hoses etc.
