Finawax E

Finawax E by Fine Organics acts as an excellent slip agent and a good anti-blocking agent for polyolefins. It is a refined vegetable oil-based erucamide. When mixed with a polymer, it reduces friction between the polymer & processing equipment and also between the polymer-polymer inter-faces.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Finawax E is recommended for both LDPE & LLDPE as well as PP film grade applications.</li> <li>It allows higher processing temperatures.</li>Complies with EU Directive 2002/72/EC, REACH and FDA.</li> <li>The recommended use level for polyethylene is 0.05-0.3% and for polypropylene is 0.05-0.3%.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul>

Finawax C

Finawax C by Fine Organics acts as an external lubricant and anti-blocking agent. It is based on fatty bisamide wax. It improves flow & mold release in polystyrene. It improves release properties and provides slip in plasticized PVC. Finawax C improves surface finish in polyamides.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for polyacetals, filled PP/PE compounds, PE LD/PVC copolymer and rolls & molds in PE/VAC copolymers applications.</li> <li>Also, used in thermoplastic polyurethanes processed by injection molding.</li> <li>It works as an internal lubricant for rubber.</li> <li>It was USDA bio-based certified products.</li> <li>The recommended level is 0.1-2.0 phr in rigid PVC and 0.2-2.0 phr in plasticized PVC.</li></ul>

Finawax S

Finawax S by Fine Organics is a refined vegetable based saturated primary amide (stearamide). Acts as an antiblocking agent for polyolefins. Also acts as a lubricant in PVC, PS, synthetic rubbers, cellulose -acetate, amino resins and phenolics. Finawax S is used in injection molding (to improve mold release), foam(PE/PP) process (to regulate cell size), extrusion of elastomers ( to increase output rate and to improve surface finish) and in bottle caps (to reduce release force).

Finawax O

Finawax O by Fine Organics is unsaturated fatty amide. Acts as a slip agent for rubber products. Its surface lubrication effect can be used to improve a rubber's resistance to sliding abrasion, prevent galling of parts to dry metal surfaces. Recommended for extruded profiles, molded autocomponents, diaphragms, gaskets – potable water, wipers, oilseals, O-rings etc. FINAWAX-O is faster blooming than other amide waxes. It improves anti-wearing properties, reduces flow problems and mill sticking. It enhances gloss and surface finish.

Finawax SS

Stearyl stearamide (Secondary fatty amide). Acts as lubricant and mold-release agent for engineering plastics such as polyamides, foam stabilizer in polyethylene (PE) foam as well as processing aid in polysulfone resin. Possesses high ability to withstand high temperatures.

Finawax VL

Finawax OPA

Oleyl palmitamide (Secondary fatty amide). Acts as a lubricant. Imparts very good medium slip. Used in processing for engineering plastics, which demands higher processing temperature above 300°C. Suitable for engineering plastics & ionomers. Can be used in packaging applications.

Finawax B

Finawax ME

Montan waxes replacement. Is a long chain, high molecular complex lubricant for processing RPVC , engineering plastics & thermoset applications. Also acts as a release agent, anti-sticking aid and dispersing agent. In RPVC application it exhibits strong external lubrication properties, as compared to montan waxes. Imparts improved flow properties. Controls fusion and effectively modifies rheological properties of PVC melt. Used in rigid PVC transparent calendered films/sheets, rigid PVC films and sheets by T-die extrusion, rigid PVC profiles, rigid PVC injection molded parts (high vicat point), PVC bottles, foamed rigid PVC profiles / sheets.

Finawax SE

Stearyl erucamide (Secondary fatty amide). Is a high temperature stable secondary amides capable of withstanding processing temperature of more than 260°C. Being of higher molecular weight, it migrates more slowly to the surface which give advantages in lamination and sealing operations. Is effective in high temperature operations and displays excellent thermal stability. Used in compounding of engineering plastics (polyamides). It is suggested in polyolefins films/ BOPP films for achieving 'medium' slip (i.e. approx. COF 0.3 – 0.5) without the problems associated with adding very low levels of additives.
