Acts as a processing aid. Offers better thermal stability for rubbers processed at higher temperatures. Reduces the mill-sticking of neoprene. Promotes de-molding of press-cured articles. Improves the flow properties during extrusion and molding applications resulting in faster mold filling at lower injection pressure. Suitable for rubbers like FKM, CR, polyacrylic, CSM, NBR, NBR-PVC, ACM, AEM. Recommended for molded auto components, fuel hoses, LPG hoses, calendared & extruded products. Also suitable for pressureless vulcanization processes e.g. UHF, fluid bed etc.
