Has better homogeneous dispersion of pigments. Lowers the viscosity and improves the flow at processing temperatures. Enables the higher loading of pigment. Successfully replaces waxes, stearates used in the color masterbatches at reduced dosages. Gives excellent gloss to masterbatches / compounds & to their end products. Possesses non-blooming properties. Used in PE/PP filled compounds. FinaSperse- DT500 by Fine Organics is a wetting, dispersing, coupling agent. It enables homogeneous dispersion of pigments & fillers and increases color strength by 10-15%.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It offers improved color tone, lowers filter pressure value, reduces clogging of filters, thereby increases throughput & run time.</li> <li> It enhances gloss and reduction in pigment cost is possible with its use.</li> <li> FinaSperse- DT500 is suitable for use in PE/PP-based color masterbatches, PE/PP compounds based on talc, calcium carbonate and polyolefin-based flame retarded compounds.</li> <li> The recommended dosage is 2 to 5% on total compound weight & type of pigment used in color formulation & depending upon end-user requirements.</li> </ul>
