- It offers improved color tone, lowers filter pressure value, reduces clogging of filters, thereby increases throughput & run time.
- It enhances gloss and reduction in pigment cost is possible with its use.
- FinaSperse- DT500 is suitable for use in PE/PP-based color masterbatches, PE/PP compounds based on talc, calcium carbonate and polyolefin-based flame retarded compounds.
- The recommended dosage is 2 to 5% on total compound weight & type of pigment used in color formulation & depending upon end-user requirements.
