Finalux ME 10 by Fine Organics is a specially designed lubricant for processing CPVC compounds. It controls the shear heat generated during the melt-processing and can achieve tack-free surface regardless of challenging processing conditions. It offers improved thermal stability and strong external lubrication, as compared to conventional waxes. Finalux ME 10 is used in pipes/profiles and injection molded products. Finalux G 781 by Fine Organics is a compatible external lubricant with a high release
effect. It preserves clarity at optimum dosage levels. It improves processing and thermal stability of PVC cable compound.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It avoids stickiness on the rolls, maintains the correct thickness of the film and has no effect on clarity of the films/ sheets.</li><li>It may exhibit limited compatibility in the case of plasticized PVC.</li><li>It is suitable for Ca-Zn & tin-based stabilizer systems and for the manufacture of rigid PVC calendaring films including transparent films, sheets, molded products and profiles.</li><li>Recommended usage level is 0.4-1.0 phr.</li></ul> Finalux G 749 by Fine Organics is an effective lubricant and mold release additive for engineering polymers. It has suitable high thermal stability to withstand the processing temperature of PC. It provides effective lubrication and melt flow improvement. It aids in improvement of surface texture of final extruded or molded product. Suitable for compounding applications. Recommended usage level is 0.2-1.5%. Finalux G 920 by Fine Organics acts as a lubricant. It exhibits synergistic effect with Ca-Zn stabilizers that helps to attain superior processability and increment in process output. It improves thermal stability of PVC cable compound. It has no effects on fusion time, lower average torque and melt viscosity. Finalux G 920 is suitable for non-transparent applications such as RPVC pipes and fittings. Finalux G 925 by Fine Organics is an effective synergist lubricant for tin-stabilized RPVC system. It offers improved processability and enhanced thermal stability. It can be used at optimum stabilizer dosage based formulations. Finalux G 930 by Fine Organics is a synergist lubricant with co-stabilizing action for PVC/CPVC compounds. It renders improved lubrication & release properties. It can preserve weldability or printability. Finalux G 140 by Fine Organics is an excellent internal hydrophobic additive for polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric & cloth. It shows impressive water repellency that is essential for critical applications. It can be incorporated in the base polymer during compounding step so as to impart hydrophobic properties to the polymer surface post-conditioning. It prevents/minimizes water uptake by the fabric. Recommended dosage level is 0.5 to 1.0%. Finalux G 125 by Fine Organics is an effective external hydrophilic additive for polypropylene (PP). It offers impressive water absorption that is essential for critical applications. It is suitable for coating on PP non-woven fabric & cloth. Recommended dosage level is 1-3%. Finalux ASR by Fine Organics is an anti-scratching additive for styrenics and polyamides. It offers impressive melt flow improvement through lubricating action in polymers such as ABS/SAN, and overall effective flow properties at high-processing temperatures. It effectively minimizes scratch width and scratch visibility resulting in excellent anti-scratching performance.<br>

<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.5% on total weight of compound.</li></ul> Finalux G 712 by Fine Organics is a compatible lubricant for rigid PVC, soft/plasticized PVC and plastisol. It can preserve transparency, weldability and printability. It provides an optimal release effect by offering balanced external lubrication. Exhibits suitable compatibility at optimum dosage levels. It is possible to work at higher processing temperatures in order to improve transparency without causing adhesion. Suitable for calendared films/sheets, PVC calendared leathercloth, wall papers, molded articles e.g. toys. Recommended dosage level of Finalux G 712 is 0.3 phr to 1.0 phr.
