XIAMETER™ MEM-0075 Emulsion by Dow is methylhydrogenpolysiloxane-based water repellent. This cost-effective reactive silicone emulsion offers good abrasion resistance, tear strength and good & water water repellency. It evolves hydrogen when mixed with bases, heavy metals or their compounds. XIAMETER™ MEM-0075 Emulsion is diluted with water to improve dispersion. It is used in treatment for powders and granular materials to reduce caking. Also, used in all types of woven, knit and nonwoven fabrics. The shelf life of this product is 450 days. XIAMETER™ OFS-6011 Silane by Dow is a high purity, aminopropyltriethoxysilane-based coupling agent and improves adhesion. It increases composite wet & dry tensile strength and modulus. Also, increases composite wet & dry flexural strength and modulus. And, increases wet & dry compressive strength and transparency of fiberglass composites. XIAMETER™ OFS-6011 Silane improves adhesion of many plastics, resins & elastomers to inorganic materials and surfaces. Also, improves the properties of mineral filled rubber and additive for foundry resins. Recommended for fiberglass-reinforced phenolic, melamine and epoxy thermoset composites. The shelf life of this product is 360 days. XIAMETER™ OFS-6030 Silane by Dow is a high purity, methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane-based coupling agent. It improves adhesion of organic resins to inorganic surfaces and chemical bonding. This product increases composite tensile & flexural strength (both dry and wet) and transparency of polyester fiberglass composites. XIAMETER™ OFS-6030 Silane improves adhesion of free radical cured resins, such as polyester, to inorganic surfaces, including fiberglass, clay, quartz, and other siliceous materials. It increases dry and wet flexural compressive strength of the composite. It is used as a resin additive in mineral-reinforced polyester resin. It possesses both organic and inorganic reactivity, reacting with organic thermoset resins as well as inorganic minerals such as glass and silica. XIAMETER™ ACP-0100 Antifoam Compound by Dow is a high efficiency antifoaming agent and defoamer. This 100% active silicone antifoam compound is stable and effective over wide pH range (pH 1–14). It contains a suspension of finely powdered silica to enhance its defoaming efficiency. XIAMETER™ ACP-0100 Antifoam Compound shows persistent foam control. It is easy to formulate into antifoam emulsions or dispersions. This product is efficient in aqueous and non-aqueous foaming systems. It is effective at high pH, high temperature, low pH and optimum knockdown. It is suitable for epoxy resins and glycol scrubbing. The shelf life of this product is 360 months. XIAMETER™ OFX-5084 Fluid by Dow is silicon hydride functional alkyl silicone fluid-based crosslinker for EPDM rubber and processing aid for EPDM/PP. It contains Si-H and alkyl groups.<br>

This cationic styrlamine functional silane improves adhesion of organic resins to inorganic surfaces. It shows good resin wet-out, increased wet & dry composite tensile strength and organic & inorganic reactivity. XIAMETER™ OFS-6032 Silane improves chemical bonding and increases flexural & tensile strength. It can react with organic polymers and inorganic mineral surfaces such as glass. The shelf life of this product is 540 days. XIAMETER™ MEM-1581 Emulsion by Dow gives hydrophobicity for glass and mineral wool. This aqueous emulsion of polydimethyl siloxane shows good water repellency. It is compatible with most phenolic resin binder solutions. This product retains hydrophobing properties after processing at high temperatures. It shows effective water repellency at low addition rates. XIAMETER™ MEM-1581 Emulsion is used in the manufacturing of fiber glass boards and mats. XIAMETER™ MEM-0024 Emulsion by Dow is a general purpose mold release agent. It contains 35% dimethyl polysiloxane fluid. This non-ionic, stable, water-dilutable emulsion produces a slippery film upon water evaporation of the product. XIAMETER™ MEM-0024 Emulsion is applied by spraying, dipping, wiping and brushing. It is used for plastic cutlery & cups. It complies with certain FDA regulations. XIAMETER™ OFS-6062 Silane by Dow is mercaptopropyl functional trimethoxysilane-based coupling agent. It provides coupling between inorganic surfaces (such as clay, glass). This product improves physical properties of mineral filled elastomer and cure characteristics of filled elastomer. Also, improves processing properties of filled elastomer. XIAMETER™ OFS-6062 Silane shows easier/better filler dispersion, lower viscosity mices and higher filler loading. It improves the adhesion of sulfur cured elastomers to inorganic fillers, fiberglass and surfaces. XIAMETER™ OFS-6224 Silane by Dow is vinylbenzylaminofunctional trimethoxy silane-based coupling agent. It improves adhesion and increases dry & wet composite flexural strength. This product possesses both inorganic and organic reactivity. XIAMETER™ OFS-6224 Silane increases dry and wet composite flexural & tensile strength. It is used in finish on woven glass fabric for the reinforcement of resins to improve physical strength properties of the composites and glass-reinforced laminates. The shelf life of this product is 510 days.
