DOWSIL™ 5-1050 Polymer Processing Aid by Dow is a polymer processing aid. It is a polyethylene masterbatch for use in variety of extrusion applications. It reduces melt fracture, haze and die pressure while improving clarity in films.<br>

It is aminoethylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 50% active in n-butanol/methanol. It is effective over a wide range of concentrations and eliminates the oven cure normally required to develop optimum properties. It improves adhesion and salt-spray resistance of epoxy coatings and adhesion of alkyd finishes to glass. It is suitable for polyamide, polyimide, styrenic resin and urethane. The shelf life of DOWSIL™ Z-6121 Silane is 36 months. DOWSIL™ EP-5500 Powder by Dow is a stress relief additive and tribology modifier for POM-C/H/plastics used in EMC formulation. It is a cross-linked silicone rubber that offers stable long term (50%) COF reduction against several materials such as POM or steel, improved mechanical performance-, abrasion & mar resistance. It displays no slip-stick development.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It shows efficiency at low loading, visual & aesthetic, improved injectability and processability.</li>
<li>It is used in low and high speed applications, bearings, gears and conveyor belts, window lifting systems & steering column sensors, housings and roller shutter systems, kitchen & household appliances and sports equipment.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage is 1-2 wt%.</li>
<li>The shelf life of this DOWSIL™ EP-5500 Powder is 27 months.</li></ul> DOWSIL™ Z-6883 Silane by Dow is a phenyl amino functional alkoxy silane based adhesion promoter and a coupling agent. It offers composite reinforcement and filler treatment. It provides better thermal stability than XIAMETER™ OFS-6020 Silane. DOWSIL™ Z-6883 Silane complies with TSCA, EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), EU Directive 94/62/EC and CONEG. DOWSIL™ AY 42-119 by Dow acts as a flame retardant for thermoset resin and thermoplastic resin. It is epoxy functional silicone resin. It controls metal contamination and improves adhesion to metal. It can be used in EMC application to impart flexibility/stress relief and flame retardancy. It can reduce
shrinkage/distortion caused by heat cycle. DOWSIL™ Z-6132 Silane by Dow acts as a coupling agent. It improves adhesion of plastic resins to inorganic surfaces and good resin wet-out of treated fiberglass fabric. It exhibits increased wet and dry strength properties of composites and improves organic and inorganic reactivity. It is vinyl benzyl amino ethyl amino propyl trimethoxysilane.<br>

<li>The shelf life of DOWSIL™ Z-6132 Silane is 12 months.</li></ul> DOWSIL™ Z-6701 Silane by Dow is a high purity additive used for polymer modification. It is a reactive silane, containing both Si-H and methoxy functional groups. The SiH group can be utilized for hydrosilylation reaction. It allows incorporation of reactive methoxy silane groups. It also allows moisture cure or improved interaction to fillers, e.g. ATH or glass surface. It is used in polypropylene and polyurethane. The shelf life of DOWSIL™ Z-6701 Silane is 12 months. DOWSIL™ EP-5518 Powder by Dow is a stress relief additive for epoxy compounds. It is a silicone elastomer powder cross-linked with dimethyl polysiloxane. It can provide good optical performance balance of transmittance, haze as well as diffusion effect. It can be applied into twin screw extruder compounding process by pre-blending with the resin pellets or resin powder. It is applied 1% of the total mass of the epoxy composites formulation. It is used in light diffuser for plastic cover of LED lighting and for backlight module of LCD displays. The shelf life of DOWSIL™ EP-5518 Powder is 27 months. DOWSIL™ TREFIL E-606 Silicone Powder by Dow is an excellent stress relief in epoxy molding compounds. It is an elastomer powder cross-linked with dimethyl polysiloxane. It complies with FDA. The shelf life of DOWSIL™ TREFIL E-606 Silicone Powder is 27 months. DOWSIL™ 2-7887 Emulsion by Dow is a processing aid for filled thermoplastics. It is a reactive emulsion containing Si-H and methyl group. This product is used to treat the surface of fillers for thermoplastic polymers reducing melt viscosity.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is diluted in water by dropping, padding or spraying for application on fabrics or mineral filler treatment e.g. MDH.</li>
