CONPOL™ 5R Additive Resin by Dow is an amide-based chill-roll release agent concentrated masterbatch utilizing an ethylene-methacrylic acid carrier resin. It is used as a coefficient of friction modifier for the surface of films and coatings made from SURLYN™ and NUCREL™ resins. It is recommended in food packaging applications. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and coextrusion. CONPOL™ 5R Additive Resin complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1330(a), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. CONPOL™ 20S2 Additive Resin by Dow is a concentrated slip masterbatch made from an ethylene-methacrylic acid carrier resin. It reduces the coefficient of friction of Surlyn® and Nucrel® resins in films. It is recommended for blending with Dow Surlyn® and Nucrel® resins to enhance the surface properties of the resulting films or coatings. CONPOL™ 20S2 Additive Resin is applicable for packaging such as sachets and films. It is suitable for processing by coextrusion, cast-, blown film extrusion and coating. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1330, EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and conforms to CONEG & EU Directive 94/62/EC. It improves slip and reduces blockings. It is suitable for blown and cast films, sheeting, or extrusion coatings, either in monolayer or coextrusion. The dosage rate lies within 2-8%. It complies with FDA. CONPOL™ 5B10S1 Additive Resin is listed in AICS, DSL, ENCS, IECSC, KECI, NZIoC, PICCS, REACH and TSCA. CONPOL™ 4R11S1 by Dow is amide-based concentrated slip and release agent masterbatch made from an ethylene-methacrylic acid carrier resin. It contains 4% release agent and 11% slip agent by weight. It is designed to modify the surface properties of films that are made with SURLYN® or NUCREL® resins. It improves the slip and chill roll release of films. CONPOL™ 4R11S1 is intended for use by blending into SURLYN® or NUCREL® resins utilized in the process of extrusion to produce blown or cast films, either in monolayer or coextrusion. Recommended for use in packaging. The dosage rate lies within 2-8%. It conforms to the Code of Federal Regulations (Title 21, Paragraph 177.1330) for food contact applications. CONPOL™ 10AF by Dow is a concentrated anti-fogging masterbatch made from an ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer. It contains 10% anti-fogging agent by weight. It is designed to modify the surface properties of films that are made with Surlyn® or Nucrel® resins. CONPOL™ 10AF induces an anti-fogging effect on the resulting film surface. It is suitable for blown & cast films and coextrusion. Recommended for use in refrigerated food packaging. The dosage rate lies within 5-15% into a given Surlyn® or Nucrel® resin. It conforms to the Code of Federal Regulations (Title 21, Paragraph 177.1330) for food contact applications.
