CONPOL™ 5B10S1 Additive Resin by Dow is an inorganic-type anti-blocking and amide-based slip masterbatch made from an ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer. It contains 5% anti-blocking agent and 10% slip agent by weight. It is designed to modify the surface properties of films that are made with SURLYN® or NUCREL® resins. It improves slip and reduces blockings. It is suitable for blown and cast films, sheeting, or extrusion coatings, either in monolayer or coextrusion. The dosage rate lies within 2-8%.
