It is recommended for high-quality color masterbatch for color-match applications.

Ti-Pure™ R-101 by Chemours is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is excellent for high-temperature plastics applications requiring outstanding dispersibility and lowest possible volatility. Provides high opacity with a neutral undertone. The low level of surface treatment on Ti-Pure™ R-101 gives it excellent dry blend dispersion. A major advantage of the grade is its low level of crystalline and surface adsorbed water. This characteristic gives superior performance in high-temperature polyolefin extrusion coating operations sensitive to lacing. Ti-Pure™ R-104 by Chemours is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is specifically designed to give outstanding melt flow with highly loaded thermoplastics masterbatches. It combines high tinting strength and blue undertone. Offers excellent lacing resistance in high-temperature extrusion coating and cast film applications. Ti-Pure™ R-104 has a unique surface treatment that causes it to have minimal effect on the melt flow properties of masterbatches. This allows to achieve high loadings in relatively low melt index resins and still have a melt processible material. It easily wets with the surface of the thermoplastics and can dramatically increase process rates during preparation of thermoplastic masterbatches in certain types of compounding equipment. Ti-Pure™ R-960 by Chemours is rutile titanium dioxide (pigment) based opacifier. Offers very good chalking resistance and gloss, tint, and physical property retention. Exhibits improved dry bulk conveying and dispersibility. Provides maximum thermal stability during processing and maximum weatherability. Ti-Pure™ R-960 is used for the applications like- exterior PVC building products, roofing membrane, outdoor fiber. Ti-Pure™ R-103 by Chemours is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is specially formulated to reduce discoloration of resin compounds and finished plastic products during processing and exposure to ultraviolet light. Its high opacity and very blue undertone tint produce clean, bright whites at low loadings in clear resins and those having natural color. Its unique alumina surface treatment provides excellent discoloration resistance. Ti-Pure™ R-103 is excellent in polyolefin or engineering resin applications requiring high opacity strength, very blue tint, excellent dispersion and discoloration resistance. Its surface treatment allows its use in lead-stabilized PVC systems, while still providing controlled chalking in exterior PVC applications. Its exceptional blueness also allows its use in naturally colored resin systems like ABS. Ti-Pure™ R-350 by Chemours is a titanium dioxide pigment providing a matchless combination of excellent dispersion and processing, minimal volatile content, minimal interaction with polymer additives, durability and brightness. Its surface allows for exceptional processing even in highly loaded titanium dioxide PE systems. Its unique chemistry permits the product to achieve desirable masterbatch viscosities in a wide variety of polyolefin-based resins. Ti-Pure™ R-350 is optimized for polyolefin and ABS applications. It demonstrates excellent dispersion, marvelous process-ability, exceptionally low volatility and enhanced durability. Exhibits superior performance in high temperature, thin gauge extrusion applications such as polyolefin cast film or extrusion coating. Ti-Pure™ R-350 has the ability to absorb ultraviolet light with minimal impact on the polymer matrix. Ti-Pure™ R-102 by Chemours is rutile titanium dioxide (pigment) based opacifier. Offers high opacity strength and very blue undertone tint. Provides enhanced dry flow convey-ability and very good performance. Offers resistance to flocculation. Ti-Pure™ R-102 is used in liquid color concentrates, flexible PVC, and PVC plastisol applications.
