Viton™ FreeFlow™ GB

Viton™ FreeFlow™ GB by Chemours is a blended fluoropolymer-based, processing additive powder, designed for improved performance in polyethylene resins. It contains fluoropolymer powder and granular polyethylene. It offers improved processing in all types of polyolefins. It provides ease of handling and feeding when high blend ratios are required. It is easily dispersed due to fine particle starting point. The uniformity of low ratio blends is enhanced over pellet blends. The shelf life of Viton™ FreeFlow™ GB is 4 years at storage temperature below 27°C.

Viton™ FreeFlow™ Z210

Viton™ FreeFlow™ Z210 by Chemours is a polymer processing aid. It eliminates melt fracture, lowers extrusion pressure and reduce amperage, torque & die buildup. It provides excellent thermal stability (up to 300°C) for cast film lines where polyethylene glycol-based process aids may degrade. It enhances rates of conditioning during start-up of new lines or purged systems and performance on difficult lines or with difficult formulations without the need for high additive levels often required with other process aids. It combines improved fluoroelastomer rheology with a non-blooming- and proprietary inter-facial agent to control the fluoroelastomer particle size delivered to the die. It improves economics & performance in masterbatches containing pigments or high filler loadings and also improves resistance to negative interactions with other additives like HALS, fillers, and anti-block. Viton™ FreeFlow™ Z210 is suitable for dosage during production of solution LLDPE (either direct or via masterbatch) and high concentration masterbatches (2 to 4% process aid) particularly with LDPE, PP and EVA carriers. It is also recommended for all extrusion processes (film, pipe) using 3 MI or more LLDPE, LL/LD blends PP resins, extrusion under low shear mixing conditions. It is approved for food contact uses and suitable for potable water appliances. The shelf life of this product is 4 years at storage temperature below 27°C.
