The Chemours Company has reached a settlement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) to resolve claims related to PFAS discharges and other alleged non-compliance actions at three facilities: Washington Works (West Virginia), Fayetteville Works, and Chambers Works (New Jersey).
