Ionphase™ U3 by Cargill acts as a permanent anti-static agent. It is a halogen-free, non-migrating, not humidity dependent, recyclable and ready-to-use polymer additive. It provides control & safety for static electricity caused issues, improved non-charging properties and reduced charge decay time. It forms an interpenetrated network within the host polymer reducing the resistivity of the blend. It is used in sheets & trays for electronic components or PCB, boxes & containers, and dust prevention for automotive interior parts. Ionphase™ U3 is compatible with polymers such as HDPE, PP, PS, ABS and PA12. It is suitable for compounding, injection molding and extrusion applications with polyolefins and styrenics. It has a maximum shelf life of 730 days.

Ionphase™ PE0108M

Ionphase™ PE0108M by Cargill is a permanent, non-migrating, halogen-free anti-static additive. It is suitable for use in general extrusion applications with polyolefins. It is ready to use, recyclable and not a humidity-dependent grade. It is compatible with host polymer and polyolefins. It lowers the surface resistivity, improves non-charging properties and reduces charge decay time. Ionphase™ PE0108M is suitable for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protected films & bags, FIBC & octabin liners, protective films and polyolefin sheets. It is food contact compliant material according to Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011. It has a maximum shelf life of 730 days.

Ionphase™ trSTAT by Cargill is a permanent, non-humidity dependent, non-migrating anti-static agent. It is designed to be used with PMMA in compounding, extrusion and injection molding applications. It offers ESD protection for covers & housings in electronics and dust-prevention in automotive interior parts & appliances exterior parts. It exhibits excellent processability and surface quality, with no stickiness of the molded part. It lowers the surface resistivity, improves the non-charging properties and reduces charge decay time. Ionphase™ trSTAT is suitable for biopolymers and automotive plastics. It can also be used in PVC and PLA extrusion. It shows good compatibility with the host polymer. It has a maximum shelf life of 730 days.
