Ionphase™ rSTAT2 UV by Cargill is a halogen-free, permanent anti-static agent. It is non-migrating, not humidity dependent, recyclable and is stabilized against weathering with enhanced UV resistance. It forms an interpenetrated network within the host polymer reducing the resistivity of the blend. It offers control & safety for static electricity caused issues, improved non-charging properties and reduced charge decay time. It is designed for rigid intermediate bulk containers, drums and canisters. Ionphase™ rSTAT2 UV is used with polyethylene (HDPE) in extrusion blow molding applications. It is also suitable for processing by injection molding. It has a maximum shelf life of 730 days.
