MoldWiz® EM-1212SF by Axel has proprietary resin emulsion of polyolefins and fluoropolymer. Used as external release agent. Used as external release agent. MoldWiz® 424/7NC by Axel is Proprietary complex resin solution of cross-linked polyolefins in volatile hydrocarbon solvents. Used as an external mold release agent for all types of polyurethane. MoldWiz® 424/7NC selective adhesion prevents the film from being easily abraded by the demolded part. MoldWiz® EM-303SF2 by Axel has Complex resin emulsion of organic phosphate esters, synthetic resins and modified fatty acids with wetting agents, surfactants and fluoropolymer in a water vehicle. Used as a water-based external release agent with anti-rusting properties, in phenolic, melamine, rubber, polyester and epoxy. Selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part. MoldWiz® EM-303SF2 offers numerous demoulding's per release application without any necessity for washing the mold. MoldWiz® FFIH 15P by Axel is designed to wet on RTV silicone molds. MoldWiz® INT-1850 by Axel is a proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty acids, esters, alkanes and alkanols. It acts as a processing aid, antistatic agent and release agent. It is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. It improves resin flow and line speeds. It is used in epoxy, phenolic, vinyl ester, pultrusion and compression. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating. MoldWiz® INT-1850 has a shelf life of minimum one year. MoldWiz® WB-640ET by Axel is a proprietary resin emulsion of polyolefins, organic fatty acids and fatty glycerides in combination with wetting agents and surfactant in a water/alcohol vehicle. Liquid external release agent. It dries at room temperature forming a mono-molecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demoldings per release application without any necessity for washing the mold. It does not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting. It has a shelf life of minimum one year. MoldWiz® EM-606SLA by Axel is a proprietary resin emulsion of polyolefins, organic fatty acids, and siloxane-based polymer in combination with wetting agents and surfactants in a water vehicle. Water-based external release agent. It shows anti-rusting properties. It dries at room temperature forming a mono-molecular film that adheres by absorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demoldings per release application without any necessity for washing the mold. It does not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting. It has a shelf life of a minimum of one year. MoldWiz® INT-541WT by Axel is a proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty acids, esters, and amine. It acts as a processing aid with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin or gel coat eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. It is used in rubber and thermosets. Thermoplastic molded parts will be stress-free and thermoset parts may have improved barcol hardness. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating. It has a shelf life of a minimum of one year. Proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty acids, esters and amine. It acts as a processing aid and anti-static agent, as it improves the dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements and fillers). It also improves resin flow without changing the melt-flow rate, shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines. It also reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. It is used for general purpose polycarbonate and its blends. Also used for polyester, pultrusion, various epoxy molding, unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resin-based BMC/SMC catalyzed by organic peroxides. It is effective at approx. 50% of loading level typically used for stearates. An effective addition of it, will not have not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating. It has a shelf life of minimum one year. MoldWiz® INT-1230 by Axel is proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty esters and amine combined with hydrocarbon oil. It acts as a processing aid with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Additional advantages include better resin flow, improved dispersion of other resin additives and faster cycle times. It used in polyurethane foam and polyurethane elastomers. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as printing or bonding. MoldWiz® INT-1230 has a shelf life of minimum one year.
