MoldWiz® INT-1850 by Axel is a proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty acids, esters, alkanes and alkanols. It acts as a processing aid, antistatic agent and release agent. It is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. It improves resin flow and line speeds. It is used in epoxy, phenolic, vinyl ester, pultrusion and compression. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating. MoldWiz® INT-1850 has a shelf life of minimum one year.
