MoldWiz® 424/7NC by Axel is Proprietary complex resin solution of cross-linked polyolefins in volatile hydrocarbon solvents. Used as an external mold release agent for all types of polyurethane. MoldWiz® 424/7NC selective adhesion prevents the film from being easily abraded by the demolded part.
MoldWiz® EM-303SF2 by Axel has Complex resin emulsion of organic phosphate esters, synthetic resins and modified fatty acids with wetting agents, surfactants and fluoropolymer in a water vehicle. Used as a water-based external release agent with anti-rusting properties, in phenolic, melamine, rubber, polyester and epoxy. Selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part. MoldWiz® EM-303SF2 offers numerous demoulding's per release application without any necessity for washing the mold.
