MoldWiz® INT-1230 by Axel is proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty esters and amine combined with hydrocarbon oil. It acts as a processing aid with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Additional advantages include better resin flow, improved dispersion of other resin additives and faster cycle times. It used in polyurethane foam and polyurethane elastomers. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as printing or bonding. MoldWiz® INT-1230 has a shelf life of minimum one year.
