Acmenox BLS 65 by Acmechem is an antioxidant for rubber. It give good protection against oxidative heat ageing and anti-flex cracking. It provides no sulphur blooming and better adhesion. Suitable for rubber composite applications (tires, belting, hoses) with fabric/cord, steel cord/wire. Acmenox BLS 65 has a shelf life of one year. Acmenox BLS 75 by Acmechem is an antioxidant for rubber. It give good protection against oxidative heat aging and anti-flex cracking. It offers no sulphur blooming and better adhesion. Suitable for rubber composite applications (tires, belting, hoses) with fabric/cord, steel cord/wire. Acmenox BL by Acmechem is an antioxidant for rubber available as 100% liquid or dry blend/free flowing powder. It provides good protection against oxidative heat ageing, and anti-flex cracking. It reduces compound viscosity and improves tack. It offers higher scorch safety and better adhesion. It shows better control on dimension & good surface finish. It has better compound anchoring/penetration into fabric/cord or wetting of steel cord or wire leading to better adhesion in rubber composite. It is suitable for extrusion and calendaring. Acmenox BL is used in hot retread, OTR and truck tyres as wells as in cushion gum compounds. It has a shelf life of 24 months. Acmenox MB 2 by Acmechem is a non-discoloring, non-staining antioxidant for NR and SR based compounds. It provides moderate protection against heat and oxidation if used alone but primarily as synergistic antioxidant in combination with other antioxidants of both amine & phenolic type i.e. Mernox TQ, 6C, SP, Acmenox BL to provide excellent ageing resistance. It is used in high performance conveyor belting and cable sheath. It improves flex cracking resistance when added to CR based compound. Acmenox MB 2 has a shelf life of 3 years.
