Acmecure TMTM by Acmechem is an ultra-fast rubber accelerator. It can be used alone or as booster accelerator for thiazole or sulphenamide in NR, NR/BR OR SBR/BR blend based compounds in tread or equivalent compounds. It is recommended for transparent, white and colored rubber goods, especially technical goods of all types that withstand heat. It is suitable for cable sheathing, insulation, bathing articles, fabric proofing, dipped goods and ebonite. It offers good scorch safety. Recommended dosage level is 0.6 PHR with 1.5 PHR sulphur for NBR based compounds. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Acmecure DPG by Acmechem is a secondary accelerator (booster) for Mercapto and sulphenamide accelerators in NR, NR/BR OR SBR/BR blend based compounds in tread or equivalent compounds. It offers good mechanical properties and better resistance to ageing when used with Mercure thiazole accelerators. When alone, it gives slow onset of cure therefore specially used for curing thick articles. Acmecure DPG is used as secondary gelling agent in latex foam. Acmecure DCBS by Acmechem is a primary accelerator for rubber. It provides the longest delay for cure. It exhibits excellent storage stability. It is used for high stress dynamic application such as steel cord reinforcement, steel cord beltings, camelbacks compound (hot re-treading process), driving belts, OTR tyres, and rubber to metal bonded goods. It is suitable for dynamically stressed technical goods, e.g. buffers and hoses. Recommended dosage level is 06-0.9 phr for conventional cure system (NR based) and 1.1-1.5 phr (NR/BR or NR/SBR blend based compounds with normal level of sulphur). It has a shelf life of 6 months. Acmecure DTDM by Acmechem is a vulcanizing agent for semi and EV cure system. It is also a sulphur donor. It provides excellent heat-aging resistance in NR/SR compounds. It offers improved physical properties, lower compression set, excellent reversion resistance, no sulfur blooming, no contact staining with heavy metals and higher processing safety (scorch).
