Acmenox BL by Acmechem is an antioxidant for rubber available as 100% liquid or dry blend/free flowing powder. It provides good protection against oxidative heat ageing, and anti-flex cracking. It reduces compound viscosity and improves tack. It offers higher scorch safety and better adhesion. It shows better control on dimension & good surface finish. It has better compound anchoring/penetration into fabric/cord or wetting of steel cord or wire leading to better adhesion in rubber composite. It is suitable for extrusion and calendaring. Acmenox BL is used in hot retread, OTR and truck tyres as wells as in cushion gum compounds. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
