GENIOPLAST® PELLET S by Wacker is a silicone gum formulation with an outstanding high load of ultrahigh molecular weight siloxane polymer. Acts as a polymeric processing aid. It imparts processing improvements and modification of surface characteristics. It shows improved flow including less extruder torque, less extruder, die pressure, reduction of melt viscosity and better mold filling.
- It offers lower coefficient of friction and greater mar- & abrasion- resistance.
- It also improves burning characteristics of polyolefins.
- It is designed for the compounding and masterbatch industry.
- Suitable for polyolefin-, engineering plastics- and TPE- compounds.
- GENIOPLAST® PELLET S is used in cable sheaths & molded parts for automotive interiors, such as dashboards and door panels.
- The recommended dosage is 0.1-5%.
