Plasticolors® CF-1099

Plasticolors® CF-1099 distributed by DKSH is a low viscosity, titanium dioxide pigment dispersion. It is a pumpable, flowable, pourable and easy to handle grade. It offers high tint strength and pigment efficiency.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is free of heavy metals, solvents and reactive monomers.</li> <li>It is dispersed in a low molecular weight unsaturated polyester resin. </li> <li>The unsaturation allows for cross-linking through double bonds as occurs in peroxide-cured polyesters or vinyl esters in the presence of a reactive monomer, such as styrene.</li> <li>In addition, the secondary hydroxyl groups provide a means to crosslink the resin with polyisocyanates.</li> <li>When cross-linked with or covalently reacted the CF resin is fully converted to a portion of the matrix solids.</li> <li>It is also compatible with acrylate monomers.</li> <li>Plasticolors® CF-1099 is suitable for SMC, BMC, TMC, pultrusion, polyester cast, polymer concrete and polyester panels.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 24 months.</li> <li> It is available in Canada.</li></ul>
