Therm-chek® RC-992P

Therm-chek® RC-992P by Valtris Specialty Chemicals is a high-performance calcium-zinc heat stabilizer. It is designed to match the heat stability of lead-based stabilizers. It uses proprietary technology and offers outstanding heat stability and color hold. It is free of heavy metals, phenol and substances of high concern (SVHC’s).

• It does not require the use of epoxidized soybean oil as a co-stabilizer.
• It is used in wire & cable, auto components, belts & hoses, coated fabrics & textiles, textile inks & dyes, packaging, closures and caps.
• Therm-chek® RC-992P is suitable for film & sheet, flexible toys & parts, flooring, roofing, lawn & garden, medical & pharmaceutical and plastisol compounds.
• The recommended dosage level is 2.5-4 phr.
