Plasper® WR

Plasper® WR by Tecni Plasper are high performance desiccant masterbatches. They are designed to reduce humidity and enhance extrusion, injection and blow molding processes. They have high absorbent power, high concentration of active agents and show excellent dispersion into the end product. They eliminate moisture related problems caused by additives or pigments, such as fisheye, holes, streaks, film bubble breakage and surface defects etc.

• They improve mechanical properties and reduce metal corrosion problems in the extruder.
• They are recommended for the transformation of recycled polymers (especially post-consumption materials) and virgin- & hygroscopic polymers (storage problems), eliminating slow or costly drying process and resulting in zero energy consumption.
• The recommended dosage levels are 0.5-2%.
• Plasper® WR are suitable for the production of blow-, agricultural- & paper-like film, vest handle plastic bags and bin bags.
• They are used in raffia, ropes, twin wall- and thermoformed sheets, corrugated- and irrigation pipes, and compounders.
