Innovox® 95 F

Innovox® 95 F distributed by DKSH acts as a desiccant and acid scavenger in rubber and elastomer compounds. It consists of ultra-fine particles of calcium oxide which gives excellent mixing and dispersion characteristics. It contains 0.5% food contact approved dispersion aid which helps to speed mixing and reduces the potential for the calcium oxide to react before it is mixed into the compound.

• It prevents corrosive impact on metal parts and helps to reduce quality failure and increase output production..
• It is used in EPDM, silicone and applications such as extrusions and in continuous pressure less vulcanization methods (e.g. UHF, LCM or Hot-Air-Vulcanization).
• It is used in thermoplastic polymer processing to provide moisture and porosity control.
• Recommended dosage level is 5 phr.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months from date of production.
• Innovox® 95 F is available in Portugal, South Korea, China, New Zealand, Australia and Spain.
