VENLOSIL VTMOEO by Syntheo is a coupling agent. It is used in filled rubber compounds and reinforced/filled plastics when these are filled with minerals fillers or flame retardants like ATH or Mg(HO)2 and in EPDM, especially in wire & cables. It improves electrical properties and strength of mineral filled EPDM rubber.
- It increases water resistance when modified polymer chains by copolymerization and improves scratch resistance in vinyl latexes.
