Polymist® XPP-548

Polymist® XPP-548 by Syensqo is a processing aid. It acts as an abrasion-, tear-, wear-, deformation-, flame- and smoke resistance agent. It is a micronized, finely-divided, free-flowing powder. It exhibits wear-, rub- and scratch resistance. It provides rub & scratch resistance, release & anti-stick properties, lubrication and anti-friction benefits. This product possesses release, anti-stick, lubrication, anti-friction and increased processing rate properties. Polymist® XPP-548 is suitable for thermoplastics and elastomers. Applications include gaskets, O-rings, shaft seals, drive belts, window/door seals, window wipers, pump heads, gears, valves, bushings, bearings, slides, other wear components, office equipments, appliance wear components, FDA-compliant roller covers, conveyor belts, roller covers, transmission seals and wire & cable jacketing.
