Sanitized® PL 19-30

Sanitized® PL 19-30 by Sanitized is an antimicrobial additive for plastic applications. It provides reliable and durable effect against many bacteria (gram-positive and gram-negative), yeast and fungi. The integrated hygiene protection prevents microbial odors. Its activity disrupts the metabolic processes of microorganisms, interrupting their ability to function, grow and reproduce. It is a ready to use, easy to dose, water-based formulation. It is used in textiles and coating manufacturing processes like padding, dipping or blade coating.

• It is free from organic solvents, AOX, phthalates, arsenic, cadmium, TBT, mercury and lead.
• It is designed for furnishing materials such as upholstery foams for mattresses, furniture and pillow, and household articles such as bath and kitchen sponges and other cleaning articles.
• It is also used in clothing, artificial leather, gloves, shoe insoles, seat- and mattress covers, 2K PU foams and paper applications.
• Substrates protected by Sanitized® PL 19-30 have excellent skin tolerance and are safe for man and environment.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.5% relative to the total weight of the material to be protected.
• It is EU BPR compliant and is accepted for OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, classes I-IV.
